Chris is a small animal veterinarian with over 20 years of clinical experience. He first started using ultrasound to aid in the diagnosis of more complicated medical cases over 15 years ago, & has been honing his skills ever since. 

He completed a residency in small animal medicine at Sydney’s SASH vet hospital, where he was one of the primary ultrasonographers during the 8 years he worked there.

Prior to establishing Sydney Vet ultrasound in 2024, for 4 years he worked solely as a small animal ultrasonographer for the Veterinary Specialists of Sydney (VSOS) hospital in Miranda, providing a mobile ultrasound service to the veterinary hospitals of Sydney, averaging over 2000 ultrasounds per year.

Sydney Vet Ultrasound gives general veterinary hospitals & clinics in Sydney access to a thorough, comprehensive ultrasound service in their own hospital. 

We perform complete abdominal ultrasounds, echocardiography,  thoracic ultrasonography, also ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration (FNA).
